This collaborative mural is in association with Srishti college of art and design and a Denmark-based textile duo Jesper and Ruth from “Fabricius Gunderson ”.
The concept was created using block printing techniques.The pattern we created is an amalgamation of four motifs that look at different aspects of Indian culture. Combined, the pattern that was created represents not only local culture but rather, Indian culture on a whole. Using common visuals, we were able to create a block pattern that any Indian can associate with.
